Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Requests for audit work are governed by a separate engagement letter once accepted by both parties.
Services described
Content on this site describes financial audit and related review services for payment gateway applications. Descriptions are informational. They do not themselves create a client relationship, guarantee a finding, or constitute an audit opinion under any professional standard until an engagement letter is signed.
Intellectual property
Text, branding, and design on this site belong to Intelligent Infrastructure or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written consent. You may share links to public pages.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit unlawful or harmful content through forms, or scrape the site in a way that impairs service for others.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Thailand, Intelligent Infrastructure is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, including reliance on general articles in Field notes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Engagement liability, if any, is defined only in the signed engagement letter for a specific audit or review.

Pages may reference third-party sites or load images from public image hosts. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
