About

We are a Bangkok practice devoted to financial audit of payment gateway applications — the unglamorous work of proving that settlement, fees, and disputes match the books.

Team discussion around a meeting table in a bright office

Origin

Intelligent Infrastructure began when finance reviewers in Bang Rak kept inheriting gateway extracts that operations trusted and auditors could not follow. The firm took shape around a single craft: sitting with those extracts until the money story is coherent enough for a board pack.

How we work

Engagements are led by practitioners who have reconciled acquiring settlement, walked chargeback queues, and written findings that internal audit can reuse. We prefer small fieldwork teams, clear sample plans, and closing workshops where exceptions are debated with the people who own the process — not buried in a portal.

Thailand context

Our office at Level 6, 92 Silom Road, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500 sits near the banks and operators we most often visit. Thai baht settlement cycles, dual-currency merchant books, and regional rails that clear overnight all shape how we schedule samples and cut-off tests.

Values we hold in practice

  • Traceability — every material finding cites a source file, batch, or interview note.
  • Proportion — we do not inflate minor timing differences into crises.
  • Independence — we do not resell gateway software or take referral fees from processors.
  • Plain language — findings are written for finance readers first.

People

Senior reviewers pair with associates who prepare working papers. Clients meet the same leads from scoping through the closing letter. When a specialist in scheme fee interpretation or dispute accounting is needed, we bring them into the workshop rather than handing you a rotating account manager.
